Part of Disney's BoardWalk Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Villas Resort (BWV) hearkens back to New York's Coney Island of the 1920s - 1940s. With its brightly-colored facades, striped awnings, and flagged turrets, the resort is deeply evocative of happier days-gone-by. In keeping with the exquisite theming of the resort, the clown-bedecked Keister Coaster water slide is designed to resemble the now-rare wooden roller coaster. Moreover, the resort itself sits along an honest-to-goodness wooden boardwalk (complete with shops, restaturant, and entertainers) that fronts a lake.

The BoardWalk Villas one of the Epcot resorts, located directly across the lake from Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts and within walking distance of Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and the Dolphin and Swan resorts.
