Dunno - I didn't write the caption for the cartoon but possibly it has been "un-banned" or never was. It's very early Dis and quite unusual - not for kids, IMHO. Not something I would show my kids or grandkids until they were old enough to understand.

This is not a banned cartoon. During WWII, the Reader's Digest wrote a story called "Education for Death", which is what this cartoon is based on. This particular film was made to attack the Nazis and their way of life.

Walt made many "educational" shorts and films to "up" patriotism and inform American's of why the US had gotten involved in the war.
