Default is anyone else not able to log in to dvc member site?

since wednesday i haven't been able to log in to the member site. I get routed to a page that says I have to create an account using my club id and activation code. when I enter those numbers it says they are invalid.

I called MS and they said they are having technical difficulties. I've tried using chrome, safari, and firefox. cleared my cache. nothing works.

Am I the only one??

I have different log in Ids for dvcmember.com, waltdisneyworld.com, and disneycruise.com.

If I'm logged into waltdisneyworld.com or disneycruise.com, I get the message you described.

Presumably you have cleared cookies and tried again, yes?

It seems that they have changed to account information for the other (non-DVC-member) sites somewhat recently, and it did require new information. DVC member site should be OK with the cookies.

I have to use chrome to get on. IE doesnt work. MS was no help.

It happened to me last year. Go on disneys main website and log out. You should be all set.

I can log on but can't send an email to them. I've been trying the whole week but nothing happens when I press the send button.

I emailed them from there a couple of weeks ago to let them know that they're not managing cookies properly, and have already received a response (albiet not a very satisfying response ) to the submission.

I was in twice today with IE without any issues.
