Default A timeline for anyone who cares or is waiting themselves

June 12 submitted ROFR
July 11 passed ROFR
July 23 recieved closing docs
July 25 my docs in title company hands(wed)
July 31 All docs in
Aug 4 Contract Closed
Aug 13 Contract showed up under current member login in the morning, point loaded in the afternoon.

So 8wks and 6 days ROFR to booked vacation

Easter break at OKW booked 12 days before 7-month window opens up. Hospitality house area, Gurgling suitcase here I come for my 4th trip in 5 months

And a note for anyone curious about different UY, my contracts are different resorts with different UY and both show up on the same login page. The important thing here is that both contracts are titled the same.

Forgot, June UY 90 OKW all 2011-12-13, buyer closing prorated MFs(156 for buyer)

Thank you for this timeline! DH and I have been going through the pros/cons of DVC, along with how to maximize our vacation days in 2013 and 2014. Seeing this layout of submit to pass to close is *very* helpful!!

I've been hearing that ROFR is taking longer. Guess it's true. It only took us 6 days last October to get through ROFR. I wonder why that is?
