I was there on the 15th.

Yes, the new "ears" were pretty cool at night.

And if you think they're expensive, how about $500 for four one-day park hoppers, which is what I paid to "enjoy" the opening day of Cars Land.

I am thinking that any stock, that is not over valued, for a company that is likely to continue to do at least as well as it is now doing for many more years, is a better investment than a savings account (although with more risk).

Interest rates are lower than inflation. The Government both sets the base for interest rates AND decides how much money to print.
Government money policy is hurting those who save in a way that was once considered a responsible choice.

That's exactly what Ben Bernanke wants you to think.

Quite seriously. That was one expensive day in the parks.

But we did have a great time, the kids first trip to DL and CA and they both fell in love with DL. And the light up ears, but we didn't spring for them.

Awwwww, I went at 10 then when I was 17 I moved less than 10 minutes away. Don't be jealous, the late '70's were a low point for DL. They still had ticket books. I haven't taken my kids to DL, I'm an terrible mom. They have spent probably over a year at WDW if you add it up. O.k, DL next year.
