I also recommend Shontell at DVC by Resale. I recently closed on a contract she brokered. She'll tell you what to expect and when to expect it. In fact, our closing occurred more quickly than I expected, particularly when a minor contracting snafu required the seller to resubmit notarized documents. I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again for either a purchase or sale.

We bought with Resales DVC and could not have been happier. Kinn, Jaki and Kevin were brilliant and always answered any of our questions. We had a bit more trouble transferring our funds from overseas (due to our stupid bank) but Jaki was always helping us with every step. I felt very comfortable using Resales DVC.

I agree with Salmoneous; all 4 have too much at stake to be poor.
What matters more is the contract you want and which one of the 4 is more likely to help you get it.

My only disappointment with the Timeshare Store was that were not very helpful in finding the contract. Some sound general advice though not prepared to contact me if one came up on their listings. However they were really good at each step in the buying process.
