Open bars are terrible from the perspective of preventing your guests from driving drunk.

We didn't want to have an open bar at our wedding, but I said to OttawaMum that my family would insist on it. We ended up having our reception at a United Church of Canada campsite, which had a policy of no alcohol. (The manager said "it's OK for a wedding - just clean up after", but we told her it was a selling point, and then we could tell our families that it wouldn't be possible).

We had three bbqs going, salads, cake, a pool, crafts, games for the kids, and a dance and campfire in the evening. A very non-formal reception to follow our long wedding with communion!

The code is supposed to be for one-time use only, but I was able to use the same code twice. I booked my round trip ticket from Boston to Baltimore for only $28.97! My friend booked a few hours later and the price for the same flights went up a little bit, she paid $41 for the round trip, still not bad. Thanks JetBlue!

I am right there with you

Originally we were planning on a honeymoon at Disney since that was the first real 'trip' we took together and I can't imagine a better honeymoon. Our families said that if my fiance and I could cover the honeymoon, they would cover the rest. Unfortunately, they did not make good with that offer, so after planning my Disneymoon, my Disney fund became our wedding budget At this point, we may be doing a staycation for a honeymoon.

I keep trying to convince my fiance that getting married at Disney just the two of us would be the way to go, but, no luck so far

When are you getting married?

Did you try using the same code again?
Some people said it worked more than once.
If I had a $500 code I would find a way to use it!
