small contracts in resale

It appears as if there are certain DVC resale locations that have an abundance of small contracts, while the other resale locations have fewer. Am I making this us or is my perception somewhat correct?
I am specifically looking for March UY.

Small contracts are hard to come by, especially if you want a specific use year. When they do come up, the more desirable locations sell out almost immediately, making it seem like only the less popular locations are available. Given the higher demand, shorter supply, higher closing costs and higher cost per point for smaller resale contracts, it might be a good idea for you to price out buying a small contract direct from Disney. The gap in price might not be as big as you might think. At the very least it will give you some perspective.

Good luck in finding a small contract. I looked around for a couple of months for a 25 point OKW one with a UY of August and could not find one. I finally ended up buying direct. They don't come up that often and when they do they go real fast.

I just sold 6 small (25-30 points) contracts.

They all sold within an hour after they were posted on TTS's web site.

They were all March UY.

Well, I am selling some VWL and buying some BWV, so I will have just 1001 points after the sales and purchases under way close.

I'm still waiting for the VGF to start selling.

I may have picked up one of the contracts you were selling. We were able to get a 30 point VWL with a March UY...but would someday like additional points at this location. TTS seems to have a bulk of the smaller contracts.
Any ideas on when VGF will start selling? What is typical?

I saw all those VWL contracts pop up on TSS! I did assume it was one owner and I thought how lucky for people looking to pick up a 25ish pointer at VWL since there was likely one for everyone looking (ok, maybe not, but at least there were probably a few lucky buyers instead of just one lucky buyer). Here's hoping someone with a bunch of small BCV contracts does the same thing.

I bought two VWL contracts one for 25 points and one for 50 points both with Feb use year this past year from Fidelity. I saw them when they came out and made an offer right away. But, they are harder to come by and you have to snatch them right up.
