We've really enjoyed the Segway tours...did the EPCOT one twice and the Fort Widerness Segway tour also. Fun and very informative. Also have done the Behind the Steam Trains tour which is excellant. Steam Trains gets you into MK early before it opens so that is cool to see.
You can't go wrong with Keys to the Kingdom....although most of the MO's could probably give the tour!

We enjoyed the Keys to the Kingdom tour. I might do the Wild Africa Trek this December (hubby won't do it but a co-worker will be down at the same time so might do it with her and her daughter)

Want to do Segway and the Seeds tour - gotta try everything once I always say.

We've done Behind the Seeds at EP and Keys to the Kingdom at MK. Really enjoyed both. As I think a PP said, Behind the Seeds is a great way to get started on tours, pretty inexpensive and short. Keys to Kingdom is very informative and includes lunch at Columbia Harbor House. This coming January we're considering doing Backstage Magic since we'll be there for 10 days. Disney Visa cardholders get 20% off tours I believe, DVC discount is 15%.

We have done Backstage Magic twice, Gardens of the World twice, Undiscovered Future World, Wild by Design, and Yuletide Fantasy. All were good, but we had a less than great guide on our last Garden tour. UFW is an amazing bargain; the tour itself is long and informative, and we also got meet a young man on the international exchange program and were given the opportunity to view Illuminations from the Italy private group area.

When we first took Backstage Magis in the '90's, we had lunch in front of one of the houses on the "back lot" and our "neighbors" -- the Hollywood Boulevard personalities-- came by to chat! On our next tour, more than 10 years later, it's no wonder that lunch at Mama Melrose was a disappointment. -- Suzanne

Glad to hear the great review, even without the TR. I'll be doing this tour in a week and a half!

Just checking -- there still isn't a discount for this, is there?

What a great thread; thank you for starting it!!

Would you all recommend the Behind the Seeds tour for kids too? That is one of the few that accepts kids. Just curious...

Thanks!

It is good to hear that a lot of people have enjoyed the Keys to the Kingdom tour. I would like to do this tour for my visit in August. My only concern is it being hot, so maybe I would want to book the first tour of the day? Also, how far in advance would I need to book the tour? I am thinking of going on it the first Sunday in August. Thanks!

We have done Segway, Keys To The Kingdom and last year the Wild Animal Trek-loved them all. Each one was a very different experience. Love the special pins you get after the trip. We took the wild animal trek last year when it was just getting started and there were no pins available. Does anybody know if they have pins now? We will be doing the steam engines this fall, can't wait. I am sure no matter what trip you choose it will be a unique experience.

My DD8 loved it, and still recommends it. If your kids like the Living with the Land attraction and like science, they will probably like the tour.
