Was 230 points OKW, Sept UY, $46/point, 245 2011 points, 230 2012 points, with buyer paying closing and buyer paying $797 towards 2012 MF.

Contract was rofr'd by Disney. Was sent to Disney on Mar 8th, 2012 and told the sad news two weeks later.

Passed last week and just sent payment off today!

Waiting on BWV 350 points June use year.
If it passes soon enough it includes 2011 points, 2012

Split 2012 maint. Fee and buyer pay closing.
$50 pp

Here was the list that was posted. Updated March 15th. Based on small, medium and large contracts

AKV $50/$62
BLT $60/$62/$70
BCV $70-75 RPFR was being used
BWV $38/$42/$54
VWL $45/$46/$50-$52
OKW $50/$40/$38
SSR $40/$47/$50

I saw Hilton Head went for $38 not sure about Vero but also very low.

I just passed ROFR yeserday, 1st contract $50 AKV 110 points 60 banked from 2011we pay 2012 MF and closing costs.
