When will they have a the model room ready for viewing anyone know?

I would love to know this, as well.

Also, if they build about 140 villas, how will that compare in size to the other resorts? Arent AK & SSR much larger than that? Is 140 villas about the size of BW adn BC?

And, Im wondering how much they will sell per point??

I don't believe they have announced how the 147 VGF rooms will be configured. If they are all lockoffs, it would be a max of 294 available rooms.

That would make it larger than HHI, VB, VGC, VWL and BCV, but smaller than BLT, BWV, AKV, OKW, and SSR/THV.

DVD could configure some of the VGF rooms as GV and dedicated, which would reduce the maximum number of available rooms.

Looking forward to finding out if their 1 Bedrooms will include 2 baths like AKV and BLT. I believe Aulani does not so was disappointed to see the trend of 2 baths in 1 bedrooms stop.

Yup....Rumor has it that the models are being designed/built now.

Total build time for the resort is suppose to be 1.5 years. The clock has started, so I would venture to guess about 1 year out the model will open.....that would make it Aug/Sept.

Aug / Sept would be great ... would love to be able to get a sneak peak at the end of September. Figure that would be the only time I would get access to a room, since we won't be buying there
