Hey Ed - still here. We have an opening or two or three in New Orleans - if you'd like to expand your coaching resume. At least we save on salaries. Maybe they will finally get the deal done with Brees? Figure with Carmichael (OC) and Spagnola (DC) we should be OK - maybe? Not a good day. Fits all the rain we are having.

KJJ: I'm hooked on Smash too. Love those song and dance numbers! We're thinking this show might lead to a real Broadway show, and why not? The routines have been formed, put them to script and there's your show. Did anyone see the show " Grease is the Word " when they auditioned for the leads in Grease on Broadway? Six friends went with us to NY to see the winners preform, it was a great show. Oh, and the wine sounds really good!

Jets-Broncos agreed to Tim Tebow trade before Denver asked NY to pay back portion of bonuses and salary already paid to Tebow. No deal yet.

NY sports talk (Wfan Ny) is saying Tebow not yet a done deal, there seems to be some fine print $$ issues the Jets are not happy about. We will see. How's everyone doing otherwise?

Julie: I think I missed the original post about DH's birthday. That lunch sounds super romantic; have a GREAT time!

KJJ: ohhhh yeah, he does have long hair which absolutely helps. Neil totally pics out Hannah's hair and braids it before bed, so I guess manly men know how to do what needs to get done!

My meeting went short, but I had already scheduled Neil to get the kids off the bus, and, uh-oh... take them to the orthodontist! I feel slightly guilty... home in this quiet house while DH deals with 3 kids in the office. I would do anything for a glass of that Matua right now!

I like Tebow, too, but not sure how much I like him in this situation. You know as soon as Sanchez screws up (Week 1), there will be a huge clamoring for Tebow to start. Will be an interesting situation, indeed, but of course we are talking about the Jets here...

Sorry about your Saints, John. They do seem to have a good coaching tree in place that I wouldn't expect a huge dropoff, either.

I went to church at lunch and prayed for this (Tebow style)
