They don't in that respect, But the resales go on sell fairly soon after a member buys the contract, then decides that they don't want it.
I saw BLT resales 4 months after DVC sold the first BLT contract.

I'm not so sure, Tom. I kind of envision DVD liking this whole "Boutique" concept and having several options (at several price points) that they can market to potential members.

With the relatively small size of VGF, if they sell out BLT and SSR, I could see them announcing River Country Villas sometime in 2012.

Default Disney still focused on AKL, BLT + Aulani- not GF Villas
I sent an inquiry to Disney asking about the timeline for the GF sales and this is the reply I received, in case anyone else in interested.




Thank you for contacting DISNEY VACATION CLUB®.

We appreciate your interest in the new resort experience coming to DISNEY’S GRAND FLORIDIAN Resort & Spa and we are looking forward to sharing that detail in the future. DISNEY VACATION CLUB plans to build an estimated 147 villas near the spa and wedding pavilion of DISNEY’S
GRAND FLORIDIAN Resort & Spa, providing convenient access to the monorail system and the entire MAGIC KINGDOM® Resort Area. For now, our focus is on Aulani, DISNEY VACATION CLUB® Villas, Ko Olina, Hawai`i,
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.

Estimated to open in late 2013, this new resort is planned to be the 12th DISNEY VACATION CLUB property. Please note that at this time, this resort is not registered or available for sale and the start date for sale of this property has not been determined. Likewise, all plans are
