What are you excited/not excited about coming out of today's DVC annual meeting?

1. Curious about the new point charts for 2013 - is it going to be major reallocations a la 2010/2011?

2. Gradual on-line bookings starting in January - excited about that, hope the execution is right! Disney IT doesn't have the best track record.

3. Fox News - great, but I don't watch a lot of tv while "in the bubble"

4. More excited about TiW being offered to DVC members. I'm hoping that means you can purchase the card w/o buying an annual pass. This would be a great new perk for DVC members.

5. Wow! Can't believe they finally announced the Grand Floridian DVC!

Interesting stuff, curious to see what the points reallocation will mean. Great news about TIW, a nice perk for those of us who rarely visit more than once a year but enjoy longer trips

Ms Bilby has a lot to look into from the questions

good to see she will be looking at the member perks

Not for nothing but was Bilby even ready for this meeting? Just following the tweets shes either not answering or giving "we'll look into it" answers. This doesnt fly, going to poll members? How about coming up with something creative. People have been talking about fast pass perks for YEARS and she makes like its a new suggestion.

Im not impressed.

Good to see on-line reservations coming although the comment that online booking may be only available "sometimes" after the system goes on-line on January 19th gives me pause to believe that there are going to be some major system issues.

Having TIW without getting the AP is a nice perk. I have the AP now but in a year with fewer trips that would come in handy. With TIW I doubt I would ever get the meal plan with the possible exception of a really short stay.

No surprise about GF but am surprised about the number of announcements at the meeting. I assumed these meetings had little substance.

TIW card without an AP peaks my interest, I was just talking about that the other day with DH, and thought it was just wishful thinking. That will be great for us, we love the TIW, but we don't always want the AP.

I attended the DVC Annual Meeting. Highlights:

Grand Floridian announced! Opening end of 2014.
On-line booking starts gradually beginning Jan 19
DVC members will be able to purchase Tables in Wonderland without an AP
More TV channels including FOX News
Point reallocations are coming again
Vacation planner being mailed tomorrow – handed out at meeting
