Default Highest price DVC in WDW- How High Can U Go!!

What is the highest offer for DVC that was accepted? This is not an ROFR thread.. rather the intent of this is to monitor what seller's are willing to pay as time passes.

The first page will list resorts and break down accepted offers into 3 categories - small, medium and large contracts. This will be Edited from time to time to reflect current updates but only if there is a greater than $5 difference from previous or on a monthly basis.

Only bona fide ACCEPTED OFFERS will be put here.
1) Don't post unless both BUYER AND SELLER have submitted the contract to ROFR
2) Let us know later if ROFR was passed or not.
3) If either party reneges, the number will be removed.
4)If want to keep things confidential, then PM with the details.

The chart below is simply the raw number. On the second page, I will put more details, etc.

Small - under 99 points Medium - 100 - 229 Large - 230+

AKV - $
BLT - $140
BCV - $
BWV - $
VWL -'$
OKW - $
OKW-E - $
SSR - $
BCV - $
VGC -$
AULUNI -$
HHI - $
VB - $

BCV, VGC, AULUNI will be included as they are fairly full priced for now.. but only rare, very high exceptions will be posted here
HHI and VB will be included as they are fairly high demand and turnover. I have heard one report of a $100 VB offer being accepted.

I should caution people about how they go about making high offers.

As a general rule, you should try to look for a contract which is high priced to begin with.

Trying to make a offer that is more than $20 apart from the offering price.

For example, if you see a contract available for $70 per point, an offer of $90 would be appropriate in my book.

But to offer $110 on a contract asking for for $80 would have a very high probability of success. You want to use your time and efforts on things which are may be out there, but you should try to stay on the same planet, so to speak.

tooo tooo funny!!

What is not funny is that there are some people who buy direct from Disney, AFTER reading things in MO.

There are right up with people who use points for DCL because it is "convenient"....

One of my favorite sayings is from a used car salesman.

When asked why he was asking such a huge price for a particularly miserable old vehicle, his reply was "there is an A** for every seat!!"

This is hysterical. I actually clicked on it thinking it was David's How Low Can You Go thread, which is one of my favorites. Love it!

Default seller was asking $150 per pt for SSR, I offered $225

Completely stripped contract, no points until 2020.
January UY, 1200 points
Unfortunately, the contract was ROFR'd.

Default Highest price

Wow, did not know people would pay sooooo much for resale. Market is sluggish and ROFR's are not as broad as you Tink., Yes I mean Tink.

Just saying to make reasonable offers.
