The last two periods, Bryzgalov was at his best. Hoping it stays that way. Loved the bear suits a bunch of fans wore to the game. Also loved seeing how quiet the Hulk Hogan dude was in the 3rd period...

Pens try again tonight. Buccos are in the midst of their first lengthy losing streak having been swept away by the Dodgers and now facing the Giants...

Should have hit the little white ball today...it's a beauty of a day here.

My 10th anniversary so far has consisted of a workout at 5:30am, work til 2:00, golf til 5, my wife going on a girls night out with the moms from first grade, me putting the kids to bed, before settling down on my couch with a beer (or two) and watching ANOTHER Flyers comeback! This team is impressive.

Strange way to spend an anniversary, but I'll take it. Going out tomorrow night, and heading to the World by ourselves in 20 days...

Congrats on the 10th anniversary Jeff. We hit ours last December and had taken the 4 day cruise on the Dream in October as our celebration. I hope you and you wife enjoy your alone time at Disney.

Great comeback by the flyers. I turned it off at the end of the first period! Right after Pittsburgh scored their 3rd goal. I turned it back on to see jagr score to put the flyers up.

All I can say is it's a real good thing I went to church last night for Good Friday and had confession. Otherwise there would be a whole lot of

Jeff, any tips you can offer regarding driving down to Disney? We are in Flemington, NJ so I think you guys are about an hour & 1/2 south / west of us. Any good route suggestions or places to stay overnight (I am not brave enough to drive the 18 / 20 hours straight through)

The only advice I have for you is to stay patient, b/c the Flyers are a much better road team. But two losses like that at home are devastating to a team and fans. It's just the Flyers have been doing that all year, so I'm not surprised at all that it happened. Just didn't expect the 19 year old would lead the way, when his job really was to shut down Malkin.

They've got a team full of young guys too young to care that they're down. They are such a confident team, and with the goalie making saves like he did last night, I can see why.

Yogi, first, thanks for the anniversary wishes. And I've learned not to turn off a Flyers game until they're at least 4 goals down in the 3rd period. They're so resilient.

When we drove last year, we packed a cooler of drinks and sandwiches and didn't stop til we almost ran out of gas. And we just stopped for gas and bathroom break. Did the same thing after that and stopped for dinner at around 6. We were somewhere in South Carolina at that point.

After eating and gassing up, we drove a couple more hours because our destination was Savannah. In all, it took 12 hours to get to Savannah. If you can make it 13/14 hours to Savannah, there are a ton of hotels right off 95. We stayed in a Holiday Inne Express and Suites, but I WOULD NOT stay there. But it was nice to get to GA because GA only takes 2 hours to get through, and you're only 4/5 hours away from WDW, which isn't bad.

If you can't make it all the way to Savannah, I would suggest stopping either in Santee or Walterboro, SC. They both have all the chain hotels you'd want. Hampton Inn's/Country Inn & Suites are usually nice and clean with good breakfasts.

O, and it's 95 South all the way for us until it splits off toward WDW.

Thanks for the tips Jeff. Funny you should mention the Holiday Inn, I took a quick peek earlier this morning and noted a bunch of them along the route. My cousin works for them so I get her employee rate (not supposed to, but they never check). $39 - $59 per night depending on the rack rate of the hotel.
