You also should show the NPV of the MF.

Agree with others that it would be good if we could enter a purchase price to look at what we paid and/or what we might pay via resale.

Good job!
It should be no problem making it more dynamic. Does anyone know where I can get the current MF for all the resorts?

Thats what I get for trying to add to many things at once. I was adding an automatic points update for trips scheduled past the available 2012 point charts, and didn't test enough for trips within dates before posting it last night. I am just going to blame on being tired.

No need to apologize. My husband is a programmer and I’m quite familiar with the pain that is the testing process. I’ll try again in a little bit.

Also, I noticed that when calculating MF for various resorts, the calculator projects them all through year 2060. I would suggest that you stop the calc at the contract end year for each resort.

I can do that but when I created it I wanted to compare as a hypothetical through then end of the farthest out contract.

The TCO of page now is more dynamic with the ability to enter your own purchase price.

It also shows the yearly MF and the accumulation at the bottom, and compares all resorts.

Not sure what you mean by "NPV", but I am sure I can add it. ;-)

You can now also add in borrowed points to your point plan.

I am still new to DVC so some of these things have I not thought about yet.

I looked at the changes you’ve made and it looks great. Will be very useful for those buying for the first time as well as ad-ons.

You mentioned incorporating trip planning resources into the website – can you tell us what you mean specifically? I know many of us here are uber planners and have all sorts of color coded spreadsheets going to keep track of everything. Having a better online resource could be very useful to replace spreadsheets.
