At the moment I am on hold with WDW-Dine. We have a party of 10, so I can't use the on-line method. However, as I was waiting for the online atomic clock to say 7:00, I checked out the online dining program, and it was available for my 90 day window. This was around 6:45 am this morning. So the window does open before the 7am call center opening. BTW my redial rebelled on me and I didn't get in until 25 seconds after 7, and I am on hold for "less than 25 min". It has been 16 min so far. Wish me luck!

40 min and still holding. they are only playing one song on hold and it keeps repeating. I am feeling disheartened.

For those of you making on-line ressies, has anyone actually called MS or wdwdine to actually see if your online confirmation is or does appear on their system? It seems to me that alot of people commented on getting those hard to get ressies. Is it possible that there might be some conflict? I'd hate for someone or me to go to LeCellier with a 12p time and there are 50 more ressies for the same time. 25 with MS/phone and 25 online? Does anyone else think this could happen?

I just returned from a trip where I used the on-line system to make ADR's. They all did exist and we had no problems.
One nice thing about the on-line ADR is that you get an immediate email confirmation of your ADR . That is a nice feature.

After 2 hours trying to get online reservations I gave up...

It took ages to find a place. The alternative option is no good...
It took 3 credit cards and not one could be authorized...
And finaly.... Error! Sorry, the booking system is currently unavailable...

Don't ya know it. I'm not a small guy and tend to easily put on the pounds (sedentary job) but I never put on weight at WDW - if fact the only thing you might gain (even with good shoes) is a blister. Even when not being too careful (although trying to stick to light lunches) you won't put it on if you walk around the parks - just one bit of advice though - all that exercise does make you more hungry - so kick the park habit when you get back home otherwise you will be in trouble !

Don't know what country you are in Ghost but we're hearing reports that the online ADR system is having a problem with credit cards from the UK - don't know if this extends to other countries. I suspect they are trying to force a "zip code" or "State" (we have neither) down the line to the processing company (or maybe neglecting the country and defaulting to "USA") and this is causing authorisations to fail.

(it doesn't like UK phone numbers either, but 000-000-0000 seems to work !).

I don't think there are many passport holders in the team certainly. UK users have to append '?forcedomestic="true" ' to the end of all our links otherwise we get fired back to Disney's UK website (where you can do nothing apart from book an overpriced vacation). Grrrr !. I mean, you can understand it if going to the home page, but do we really need the redirection on park hours or dining ressies ?

Boooo- They need to fix this pronto- So unfair to DVCMembers (in 90+10 window) and large parties! Two groups they should be working to satisfy.

Yeah, Belgium cards are not good enough too I guess... And regarding the phone number... how did you know mine (that's the one I enterred)...

I was now able to book the restaurants that don't need a credit card. I still need to book the others. I guess I will have to call and wait for 30 minutes before I can book it the old fashioned telephone way for those...
