WHO: anyone, everyone who can be in the World on May 1,2006
WHY: That's easy: because we LIKE you!

WHAT: $60 bucks or 2 TS. Pre event margaritas hosted by Jiggerj!!

Man I HATE to be all grownuply here, as it is SO not like me to act like an adult. but I am not comfortable with posting abbreviations that aren't familiar to everyone. If it's inappropriate to say what something stands for perhaps it is inappropriate to post it?

Please don't throw things at me, I just want to be sure everyone here feels included and there is no sense of "exclusivity" (is that even a word?).

The last "B" was an add-on solely for the purpose of the Magical Gathering. It stands for "Bunch"

The reason I have a problem with putting in acronyms that no one else understands (without having to search through old threads) is, that those who are newer to the boards, or not in on the joke can perceive it as clique-ish. I hope we all agree we'd like to avoid that feeling here.

I feel this way about all posts, but particularly when there is an invitation to join a gathering. If I wasn't "in" on a particular reference I might feel like I wasn't truly welcome.

Rarely do I try to censor anyone here, in fact I think this is the first time I have posted anything like this, but I do think we have to be careful to include everyone and not have "in" jokes if we want to be seen as truly welcoming to all.
