AKL concierge

For those of us that are lucky enough to own at the Animal Kingdom Lodge a nice perk is the ability to book a concierge unit. The problem is there are only 5 two bedroom lockoff units or 10 units to book. You have to book at 8 am at 11 months and then you may not get it. It has been harder to get every year. This year I did not get it at 11 months and went on the waiting list. When I do this I have been getting it as the people who walk the reservation drop their reservation. This year that did not happen but I am happy to report the reservation came through after three months so yes there is hope.

Congratulations! We would love to try this room category sometime but not owning there, I’ve accepted the fact it will probably never happen. Enjoy and maybe have a toast to all of us wannabes while at the club lounge.

Keeplooking at 7 months. Even if you can just get 1 night you get concierge for that day and all the next day.

My group loves it. We start the morning with this huge continental breakfast. We will stop in for snacks in the afternoon and then come back at 5 and stay until 10, eating, drinking, and partying like its 1999.

This is the exact reason I don't post/ask questions often.

I only said that because there are some that show you the food and even show a list of the foods for each day. The menu rotates. I'm here now. When I get back I'll find my list and post it.
