Ok - I've sold all my points. My dues prior to sale were auto-debited. Why am I getting a $4 monthly charge on my credit card linked to MDE and specifically listed as a DVC charge in the statement? It's going on for about 5 months now (about time of sale) and I keep forgetting to call.

This happen to anybody?

I know I'm going to have to call, but just curious if there is any insight? I don't have time to call for a couple of days.

Whenever I inquire about a random charge and I'm told it is a "convenience fee" my automatic reply is "well, it's not convenient for ME!"

That sounds like your monthly bill for auto dues collection. Very frustrating. I thought it was $3 but apparently has risen!

I believe it's member accounting you need to talk to, or perhaps email. Was it on a regular credit card though or a an ach through your bank?

I have monthly auto debit and there is no extra fee to my knowledge.
