![]() So would you have canceled your annual pass if you had known you would not be able to buy one now?
No, we do 3-4 trips per year and buying tickets for each trip is going to get really expensive.

![]() Agree that you should call and likely you'll qualify to purchase a new one. They are selling them to people who had them.

![]() We cancelled three Gold APs during the closure. I called a few months back and asked about getting new AP's, and they put me on a callback list. When they called back a few days later, they not only allowed us to get new Gold AP's for the three that we had cancelled, but also two more for my kids who didn't happen to have AP's at the time. It's like they still wanted my money.

![]() Yep cancelled APs seem to be able to buy new!
I cancelled an unused renewal and bought new all in the same day. Just squeaked through before they stopped selling. No way I'd want to be stuck buying tickets for every trip.

![]() We cancelled (our Gold APs were to expired June 1 yet our passed were extended to October 20 somehow).
I called the AP Hotline and asked about getting new ones, got put on a call back list, got the call back, then was told since I wanted to "renew" my Gold Pass they had me call DVC Member Services. I did, and they quickly renewed our Gold APs dated October 21 of 2020 to October 20 of 2021. We have two 6 days trips scheduled (at least lol) before October of 2021 so getting the Gold AP renewal was a big win. |

![]() For this person who can't seem to find the AP hotline online, where might one find that number so DH and kids can get theirs renewed?

I just used this to ask for a call about re-buying my Gold pass.
