. DD was going to hang w DH. I was headed to Japan . Kids and I later did Soarin. 60 min posted time, waited about 40-45. Then took awhile for safety checks. Only ride we did. Room ready before 3.
Wow got the room we requested from touring plans . It’s got a awesome view and only 2 building off the lobby!
I love, love, love Kidani 1 bedrooms. Master bath is huge. I can lie down in tub and not touch the end. DD loved that too. And it has jets. The layout is great . BWV is our home, but that 1 bathroom / 1 bathroom layout Is not great. Lots of space Here except for dresser/ clothes storage, but ample elsewhere. Plus another whole bathroom! Animal watching was great this afternoon / night. Resort is such a great escape.

Walked into animal kingdom around 7:10. Walked back to FoP. Bout 18 or so groups ahead of us. Will see if/ when they let us board earlier than8

Sounds like a good start! Hopefully see you tonight at the MO meetup! My kids (13 & 14) will be there - they are being bribed with a Beaches & Cream takeout run while the adults chat.

Ha. I just realized the first 2 paragraphs of the TR got cut off . Guess that’s what happens when I try to do this on the phone too early in the AM before coffee kicks in.
AK day was really nice. FoP, Safari, EE twice, Dinosaur, before eating at Satuli at 10:30. Had a great Safari. Muddy rhino, and Hippo, alert cheetah. elephants lock-in tusks, play fighting. Wonderful weather too. Overcast but very mild temp. Enjoyed walking Tiger trail, tiger was acting just like our cats, crazy and frisky. DD and I did Kali. Hadn’t in a long while.
Dragged DH to the pool later. Kinda chilly for us. Only did slide once as nd hot tub. Left but at least tried it. Really enjoying our savanna view. Great room location. DH and DD weMy to DS to get Earl or Sandwich .
Ds and I watched Home Alone and animals from the balcony.
