I'd choose OKW because it has the largest common space, and also the best parking, if you don't choose the HH category.

If there will be more than one car, the THV could mean long walks or a shuttle for your guests. Kidani is under ground parking and an elevator. Could also be a bit o f a walk to find the room.

At OKW you could get a third floor with no elevator. If you have guests that can’t handle that, then I wouldn’t get OKW.

You could request a lower floor, but it wouldn’t be guaranteed.

If it were me, I would get Kidani. For a party, the extra bathroom would be a plus. Also, the guests could see the animals. Always nice.

The treehouse would be my last choice.

The ideal venue, to me, would be a cabin at CCV. They may be a few less points that a grand villa, depending on the season. Have you thought about one time use points?

I thought that 9 and a pack and play was the limit? But maybe they aren’t all staying overnight.

Thatís what I thought as well. Thatís why I questioned it. Maybe my numbers are wrong, but that many people in a 2-bedroom seems tight.

OP mentioned some people come and go. But daily limit will apply. Can not hold 12-13 any given day.

I would not even attempt this. They have occupamcy limits for a reason and those are often dictated by state law. Don't be that person. Have you thought about adding on a studio or such to space your group out. Might be cheaper than a Grand Villa.
