Default Ticket Question

I bought two one day tickets from Under Cover Tourist. It has been over 10 years since I have bought WDW tickets ( have been milking our NE tickets from 2006). The new tickets came in a hard plastic, not paper. Do I need to scratch off anything on the back to enter these on my MDE? Feeling really dumb!

I've pretty much done e-tickets since that became the option but no, there shouldn't be anything to scratch off.

There should be a ticket number somewhere. On the card, in the envelope, confirmation email .....?

If you canít find one, maybe call UCT and ask. Youíll need to add the tickets to MDE to book FPs, so even though you can use the hard tickets interchangeably with a magic band, you still need a ticket number.

And actually MDE shows many examples of what number you need to enter to link the tickets.

There are numbers on the back but then a hologram type of silver strip which looks like something you might scratch off. Similar to gift cards. Nothing in the mailing said I had to do this, just wondering.

I have other tickets already in MDE, so I will be able to reserve fast passes. If I add this ticket to MDE while we are at the resort, I can still use the previously scheduled fast passes, right? Fast passes are not tied to any specific ticket, right?

Correct on the FP's.

And no, the hologram isn't something to be scratched off.
