Default Linking Undercover Tourist Tickets

Anyone have trouble linking Undercover Tourist tickets to MDE? Iíve entered the 12 digit ID number for a few with no luck.

Am I missing something?

Case sensitive? Scan the barcode with your phone/tablet? Just thoughts. Good luck 👍

They worked flawlessly for us, even used them to upgrade to APs.

ALL GOOD. I think it was a temporary glitch with MDE.

I was wondering the same thing (we are purchasing three tickets through Undercover Tourist and I was concerned we would have problems linking them). I'm glad to learn there won't be any problems (unless in my case there usually is "user" error lol).

The only problem Iíve had with UT tickets is if you need to change your dates. You have to send them back or get them changed at a guest relations booth at DW.
