If they do I would suggest staying far away!

But the official menu does not suggest sushi

We ate there our first trip with dining in 2005 and then again this past New Year's Eve. Didn't see sushi either time.

In searching images via google, I came across one with the sushi in it. Don't see a date for the photo. Edit: Jan 2016

We were there in February 2018, I'm 100% certain there was no nigiri or rolls with raw fish since I'm pretty sure I would have tried it (and hopefully not regret it, lol). I'm 90% certain there were no california rolls or other sushi-like rolls.

We had California rolls at the California grill over Memorial Day weekend. It was not a buffet, we ate off the regular dinner menu. They were delicious, as usual!

We've had them there as well, and they are, indeed, excellent. They're also prepared fresh, as opposed to being on a buffet.

As Carol says above- anything with raw fish, stay away. Now California rolls at Chef Mickey are likely made with fake krab, and this probably has longer shelf life than the real stuff, but there's still mayo if it's a krab-salad sort of California roll.

Cheers.
