Was going to upgrade our Gold to Platinum. Hope they give me this deal for upgrade which would make it no cost. I activated my Gold pass but DH hasn't activated his yet. Also, just got my DDs Platinum on last trip so hopefully Disney will upgrade it to Plus so we can do water parks.

Oh, so disappointing. I just upgraded our Gold to Platinum over Memorial Day Weekend. It's a great offer, but doesn't help me AFTER the fact.

On the phone with MS now to try to upgrade. I purchased 4 Gold passes a month ago, but haven't activated them yet (trip starts 8/6). The plan was to upgrade them during our August trip as we are also going over XMAS / NYE.

CM I got said "Great question .. I don't know, let me go find out for you!"

Hope this works out

Resolution: YES!!! They cannot upgrade it over the phone, but they said that guest relations will upgrade them when we go to pick them up in August (at no cost!)

I would think they will allow the upgrade from Gold to Platinum Plus.

They offered additional savings on the old PAP a couple of times and those with an AP were able to upgrade to the PAP. Some even got a refund during the first offer when the PAP cost less than the AP.

Am I reading the 7-day offer's fine print correctly that you have six months to use the rest of the ticket once you have used day 1? Like you could do a three day trip and then a four day trip a couple of months later on that same 7-day ticket? If so, that would be really cool! That's how it looked as I was reading it but that's not how 7-day tix usually work so I thought I should check with you guys.

I purchased and began using gold passes on 2/22/17. Can member services upgrade over the phone?
I won't be returning until 1/11/18 which is past the 1/3/18 deadline.

Looks like, from post above, that you can't do it over phone.

Hmm outs our up on late Feb because of the 13 month deal last year. Anyway I can get this deal even though it ends Jan 3rd?
