Not sure which restaurants do breakfast. I would first check who does, Iím sure many donít and are opened for lunch and dinner. Never had breakfast there.

I'm not sure about Disney Springs, but Boma at AKL Jambo House has the best breakfast buffet on property IMHO.

Always enjoy Wolfgang Puck Express over in the Marketplace. Menu is great. Quality at affordable prices. We go at least once every trip.

I agree on Boma. If you are planning to go directly to DS though, I don't think you will have a ton of choices there. On weekends only, I think Raglan Road has a brunch, I'd probably look at ADRs for that. And Earl of Sandwich opens at 9 if you don't mind QS.

Perhaps visit another resort? Kona Cafe is fantastic and the Poly is a nice place to spend some time.

Something different might be a trip to The dolphin. And. A breakfast a fresh Med market . It is a wonderful buffet and reservations are not always needed . I loved the juice bar and the omelet station . You put your toppings in a little bowel and the chef cooks your omelets to order. There was no rushing . It was a lovely way to start the day. Also dolphin and swan are fun to wander around if you havenít seen them lately.

Boma is a great option. Maybe by the time you are done, your room will be ready (we have really good luck getting in early). That way you won't have to travel elsewhere and then come back to get settled. We really enjoy both breakfast and dinner there.
