Default What restaurants have you only been to once but have been wanting to get back to?

I was just thinking about dining do to reading a 'what are your must do places' thread and I was thinking about all the one hit wonders we have had over the years. Some of them we have had ADRs to go again but ended up cancelling.

Mine are:
Chef Mickey's (was one of our very first TS meals at WDW, back in 2005)
Spice Road (more recent try, 2015, and loved it)
San Angel (2008 visit and had booked another time but cancelled)
Trattoria Al Forno (just went and it was very good, cannot wait to go back)
50s Prime Time (also had booked for second visit but cancelled)
Hollywood Brown Derby (had lunch in 2008, wasn't wowed but want to give it another try)
BOG (DDs and I went but not DH, tried to book but cannot get it except 1 time and we had to cancel)

Others we have only been to once but not anxious to book again.

Victoria and Alberts, Monsieur Paul, and the Jungle Cruise Skipper Canteen. All of which we have reservations for to revisit in 2018!

Because I try to visit each TS Restaurant, there are quite a few I've been to exactly once. Here are the ones I'd like to do again.

La Hacienda
Tiffins
Shula's
blue zoo
Citricos
Grand Floridian Cafe
Narcoossee's
The Boathouse

This is tough, since we are the types that once we find one we like, we repeat often...at the expense of trying new ones.
But we do have a few we've only been once and enjoyed:

Sci-Fi Drive in (special event breakfast...only breakfast we've ever done in 17 years of going..would like to try a regular meal there too,)

Rose & Crown
Restaurant Marrakesh
Flying Fish
Hoop De Doo Revue (altho that was just me way back in the 80s, but it was FUN)

I'm going to add in a one and done but willing to try again as I think we must've hit it on an off night....Sanaa. It was dreadfully bad, but since so many others like it, I think we're going to finally try it again in May....maybe.

Homecoming was phenomenal and we've only been once because we've only had one trip since they opened. We've even half seriously looked at flying down for the weekend just to go for dinner and get the refillable moonshine mugs and sit by the water and watch the amphicars all weekend.

The food must be truly bad if you've only been once in spite of the belly dancer!
