Ill bet there are multiple owners who wish they had bought a fixed week at VGF! The thing about CCV, itís a really small resort too. So I can definitely see the potential to get shut out even at 11 months without the fixed week.

For those interested in fixed weeks at CCV, fixed weeks donít qualify for sales incentives and the studio weeks are walk in shower only.
They are the only way to go imo if you want a studio.

My intent was to sell and buy, but I havenít sold anything yet!

I knew that there were no incentives offered, but didnít know about the shower only option. Wonder why?

Me too. Lucky enough to love my job, love my employees...but I have to tear myself away. Most of my trips are short, but I try to do them at least twice a year.

Exactly my problem. I have mostly larger contracts, but even after only owning for a couple of years I should be at break-even after commissions/fees. I've been planning to sell my HHI and OKW contracts because I replaced them with SSR...but have yet to pull the trigger. It's hard to let go of points...

Could not agree more with this.!!!!!

Looking forward to our first stay which we've already scheduled for April!

Congratulations!
