Default August 2022 Riviera Trip

Wow! I realize that the Riviera resort is somewhat controversial because of the resale constraints.

But I’m here now for my first Riviera trip since March 2020 when the world fell apart. And all the pixie dust that everyone mentions about ‘old Disney’ has been sprinkled all over me.

I filled out the first day survey and got a return call to thank me and ask if I need anything.

My magic band didn’t work so I got a voucher for a new one and the store also paid for a spirit jersey too!

The bartender mixed up a special version of a cocktail for me.

I got two extra sets of towels for my tower studio at no extra charge.

Every cast member I’ve seen has greeted me and asked if I need anything.

My room was ready at 11a on day of check in. I’m on the 7th floor with an Epcot fireworks view.

Just wow.

RIV is the dream!!!!! Enjoy your time. We say hands down the best resort based CMs on property anywhere. They all went through a stringinet interview process before being allowed to transfer to the resort. We have several friends who work there and geniunely LOVE their job. It shows!

Glad you're having a wonderful experience!
We stayed at the RIV for the first time a few weeks ago and can't wait to go back. We loved it.

it has been an amazing trip

while Im not really happy with Disney parks right now, the resort is knocking it out of the park

were back in two months at Beach Club and I fear that will be a letdown since the resort is showing wear
