Should get a follow-up email about a week out. No one on the DISboards that's attending the May event have posted about getting their follow-up email yet.

When we did AK several/few years ago, there were no meal vouchers. Free ice and cookies over in Dinoland. Drinks of some sort. We went for the characters and it coincided with a quick weekend trip for MNSSHP/30th anniversary trip.

I’m assuming an hour after park close since that is what is happening at Studios. I don’t remember for Epcot. I also don’t remember what they were given at Epcot for food either besides the first night and the longggg lines for a popcorn bucket. And, the second one was better organized than the first.
So flavor ice and cookies? Meh. Drinks...like booze drinks? Might be worth it for that maybe. Hmmm, I may drop the room and book another random night.

Edit to add...just read review on other forum of a 2020 AK event and they got meal vouchers as well as game vouchers (for dinoland) and free mickey bars. FoP was open that night so it's worth it a bit for that.

Also...you have to have guest names on room resie BEFORE registration for event? So if we invite a couple we should have their names listed in order to register for all 4 of us?

Should have been ice cream (Mickey bars) and cookies.
No booze drinks.
Forgot about game vouchers.
I’m not counting on meal vouchers, but would be nice.

Yes. Add them to your reservation.
Edit: it’s also for the number of guests, not necessarily for the names.

I agree.
Still hoping for them though.
Pretty sure it would crush the QS places at Studios too. Maybe not.

During the on-site registration period, you can register for the greater of FIVE or the number of people listed on your room reservation. Once general registration begins, you can only register for a max of FIVE (even if staying on-property).

Only name captured during event registration is the member who will be checking in for the event.

eMails are starting to go out to those signed up for the 5/24 DHS Event. Details posted on the DISboards so far are:

Transportation & Parking:
  • Complimentary parking is available at Disney's Hollywood Studios for Members and Special Guests on the event date beginning at 6:00 p.m.
  • Members must show their digital Disney Vacation Club Membership Card and event confirmation at the auto plaza to receive complimentary parking.
  • Walt Disney World® Bus service will be available until 2:00 a.m.
  • Disney Skyliner transportation (to Disney’s Riviera Resort and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort only) until 2:00 a.m.
  • For returns to Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort after 10:00 p.m.
NOTE: I suspect that the poster for the above cut off the rest of the transportation info for POP & AoA and it will be bus service only after 10 pm.

Food & Beverage:
  • When you check-in, be sure to pick up your complimentary Delectable Delight vouchers which can be used for a variety of sweet and savory snacks at multiple locations throughout the park between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. as well as limited locations during the event.
  • Delectable Delights vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please reference the voucher for other important details.
  • Additional food and beverage offerings will be available for purchase.

Yes, at Epcot, we received three vouchers per person that could be used like snack credits from the DDP.
