I had no idea bout human rights... shame on them.

Wasn't going to pay for it after negative reactions from a few Asian friends. If I'm bored when I can see it for free I will to see what friends were talking about.

Guess we weren’t the only ones to watch it. According to this it would’ve been close to a record opening weekend. Way to go Disney!!!

Completely agree. A company that pretends to be holier than thou, with very loud virtue signalling, works hand and hand with China, to film a movie nearby literal concentration camps.

An update from Business Insider indicating that estimates for Mulan that it did not do well, including China as well as streaming.

One potential indicator of the success (or lack) was the moving of Black Widow to May 2021 which might indicate the poor showing of Mulan.

Oh no! Now I'm curious what they said to get them that label! I'm sure you deleted it for a reason, but can we get an idea of what to avoid so we can steer clear of getting into similar trouble?

(We didn't really care for the movie, btw.)
