I am really hoping the connections will be updated to include USB. Bay Lake is really annoying with their outlets - the number of them, the location of them and no USB connections. The BLT room we stayed in two weeks ago was the most unrenovated room we've been in since 2013. No sink in the bathroom, luggage rack didn't fit in the closet so we finally had to move one of the chairs from the table to tuck it in there. The counter space was shared with the toiletry area. We haven't seen a TV that small in years - like 38 inches. The only smaller TV we've seen has been on a cruise ship. We couldn't figure out how to un-pillar any non-Disney channel which meant DH had a viewing areas probably equal to a 22 inch. Luckily it had a nice balcony view of the monorail.

USB is a faceplate switch or they could be incorporated in the furnishings. No major electrical engineering required or additional inspections.

Yep!! I have a Costco desk with 2 USB ports and Qi charging pad. $250.
They put USB in lamps, end tables, headboards, clocks, etc.
with wi fi and existing electrical, you could have a smart villa inexpensively.

That leaves the plumbing and I don’t see DVC adding any additional fixtures or lines.
