Ah, thank you.

Looks like I don't really need to visit the nice concierge person, although I seem to recall a number of years ago, that was the person to visit on the night of a Moonlight Magic party to get your wristband.

I believe it was actually DVC CMs working the Moonlight Magic resort check in desk.

I guess DVC is short staffed which is why it's not available currently.

It looks so lovely and relaxing, but is it cool enough (temp-wise) to enjoy a meal or alcoholic beverage in August? The humidity often gets me in the summer in Florida, so thought I would see what you all thought. Many thanks!

Not wimpy at all, some of us choose not to deal with the shittiness in favor of air conditioning. As others have said, fans and cold beverages make it tolerable in the summer, but Id wait to visit until the evening hours if at all concerned.

Another couple of restaurant questions. Our next trip we are staying at BVC and I will be using a scooter. Avoiding buses can we park at Resorts if we have dining reservations? DH wants to go to Steakhouse71 and would love to try Geyser Point. Do they take reservations. TIA.

They should definitely let you park if you have a confirmed ADR. I don't think parking at the WL should be an issue. It's typically the monorail resorts and Epcot area resorts that may turn away those without an ADR.

No reservations at Geyser Point, so you might not make it through the gate there. I believe there is still a guard checking but they might let you through if you're just trying to eat.

They have a walk up wait list. A MO posted it works pretty well at off times.
Id definitely try to get into WL. Plead your case. I think DVC do have an easier time.

For Geyser Point, one alternative is to take the boat from MK to Wilderness Lodge. That is my favorite way to visit Wilderness Lodge, though I do drive there if I have a room reservation.
