We always stay at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables. Convenient to the airport and we love hanging out in coral gables for a few days pre-cruise. The breakfast is excellent. We have hyatt status, so breakfast has been included (not sure of the price). I think it was a $20 uber to the port of miami from the hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. This is not the cheapest option, but it sure is enjoyable.

We're booked at the Best Western Premier Miami Airport hotel. Free airport shuttle, restaurant on site. They have a shuttle to the cruise port for a charge. I can't remember how much it was.
