I wanted to update my earlier post. I emailed my experience to customer service and got a form letter reply. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call about a week later saying they were researching my letter and would get back to me.

A couple of weeks passed so I assumed nothing would happen, but this week I got a call explaining they were going to make it right. They corrected my reservations and got us the seating after verifying in the notes of our first attempt where we had called and the CM had gotten stuck.

Was nice to get this all cleared up before heading out!

My experience trying to book things was really bad. I call to utilize the DVC early booking window for a couple of the little things. They tried for 45 minutes to book anything, got a superviser to assist. But finally gave up and said they could not figure it out so I would just need to try the next day on the 14th. Of course they were sold out by the time I got through, very irritating.

So I booked the 3D and PFTS for the family thinking I was getting the reserved seating since we have a younger one. Apparently their was a mis-communication as when I verified the reservations they don't show any reserved seating on them just the basic reservation. When I called to get this corrected I was told not only could they not correct it, but all sales are final so they would not allow a change even if their was room, or to cancel.
