If WDW held the Food and Wine festival, the only thing they could offer is the booths......no seminars, no concerts, no special dinners.

and I think people would be ok with that. They would need to space thigs out a bit, but I think that could be doable (but could hinder the required masks, as most all could say they are eating).

From what Iíve observed, most legitimately would be eating. Or at least, drinking... Not sure how Disney could enforce the 6 ft social distancing thing after guests had been drinking around the world, though.

Honestly, guests would be safer with seminars and special dinners. Seating requirements, reservations, a hard cap on numbers. A much more controlled environment. That would offer something worthy of the up charge.

Although, we'll have some real empirical infection data after these large - almost maskless - gatherings that have been going on now for 3 weeks. We'll see soon...

They chose not to bring in the College Program kids, they have made no announcements, they are limiting capacity at the parks......

I see absolutely nothing that points towards this event happening

I'm hoping so in terms of a more limited PfTS. Not really counting on it, but being hopeful anyway.

Cheers.

I saw some pictures today from Vegas. Some places seem to be following CDC recommendations and some look like Spring Break Ď88. Iíll be interested in seeing their numbers in the next month.
