I agree. We arrive in 2 weeks - we'll see, but if they don't get enough people they cannot sustain it. Again I'm still grumpy because they took out the mixers without a word. That really makes me not want to give them my money as odd as it sounds.
Not odd, I'm sure you were looking forward to at least checking it out. Now you gotta pay just to see it!

To me, the mixers would've pulled members who don't own at CCV/BRV over to check out the "new" resort. Of course, an even bigger draw might have been to have the mixers in a larger space so that there was an adult area for mingling and hanging out, with a separate area staffed with CM's for the kids to be entertained. Might have generated an additional sale or two. But what to I know?
Were they supposed to have a bar too? That would have brought in some money to the mixer as well.

I donít think there was ever a plan for a bar. Iím sure that it would go over well if they had one, though.

Just more of odd that I was more than willing to plunk down $1400 for our stay before, and once they eliminated it for all, now I'm not as willing. Just bugged me they did it.

I flip flop on what we'll do. I love the idea of it, but I don't know...

And that right there is why Reunion Station is failing.

They are outpricing themselves. I donít mind paying for concierge but that offers far more and I am paying more for a flat rate. The room not each person in the room.
They are getting greedy and greedier by the day.

As it sits now, what do you think would be a good price to pay? I still think $50 is too much. I know we donít get to decide. Just trying to figure where the value $ amount might be. I know itís going to be different for everyone.
