Default Walking path from OKW?

Is there a walking path from OKW to DS similar to the one at SSR? We're debating moving one of our SSR stays to OKW, but a big draw of SSR is being able to walk to DS. I know you can take the boat from OKW, but a walking path is preferable.

Thanks!
Angie

Yes and no. It's a further walk though and it's not open at night. So yes, there is one, but you can't always use it.

This actually shows the path. I believe from South Point it's about a 15 minute walk

Thanks for the photos! They are very helpful. We've never stayed at OKW before, so we thought we might try it. Though, we love the feature pools at SSR and the quick access to DS, so I'm a little torn.

There is the boat to Disney Springs.

We have gotten a ride by CM's via cart from SSR to OKW and vica versa

So, are the pools at OKW as nice as SSR? We wouldn't be able to get near the Hospitality House, so I'm assuming we'd be at a quiet pool. It's a conundrum... stay somewhere you've stayed many times before and know you love or stay somewhere new that may turn out to be a new favorite.

It's hard to say if you'd love it or not. There is only the one main pool, but I lime the quiet pools. If you request Peninsular or buildings 62-64 and 15, you'd be right by the HH too. They are completely different in feel to me in general. OKW is super laid back and jerky quiet with happy colors everywhere. I always say try things new ay least once. You never know how you will feel until you try it

honestly, we prefer further away from HH. Kids are college age so feature pools have lost the big draw for us. We do love the quiet pools and use them quite often.

Have to say though my fiance's grandkids loved the feature pool at OKW...

The path isn't lit at night, so it's only good during daylight hours. It starts near the South Point pool area, so you might want to request that area.
