Default AP voucher and FP+

If we buy APs with the DVC discount, but won't be using them until our next trip in May, will that still allow us to book FP+s 60 days out. In reality, come early March (60 days from our trip), we won't have any valid tickets. And how does Disney know that when we go in May, we'll truly be activating those vouchers? Do they just trust us?

Yes, you can book 60 days out. Our showed up automatically in our MDE account and we converted it to actual ticket (in our MDE account) at the ticket window at our first park.

As stated, yes it will work. You can book your FP+ no problem as long as they are linked to your account, you just need to activate the AP upon arrival. Be sure to have your DVC card and ID with you too when you go to the window/guest services.

with tickets linked to MDE you can book 30 days out or 60 days with a resort reservation. (your post didn't specify your reservation as on property vs off property so I thought I would clarify).
