Nothing wrong with that...that is what I do. Being a chef director/executive chef....its a big part of the job.

We do need to remember that this is not a Disney restaurant but will be run by the the Patina Group so they may not have access to the Disney infrastructure. This is probably why they advertised outside of Disney instead of offering the job to a Disney sous chef.

Yeah...I don't care anymore. Still trying to figure out how not to lose our June and Aug UY points for our May trip. So **** Space 220!!!!

Joking aside, as far as I know it was pretty much ready to go.

Patina we’re hiring dishwashers and so on. Those would be the last employees a restaurant would likely hire before opening. As soon as Epcot re-opens and those staff can be trained, this should be opening.

But I suspect it will open without ADRs at first.

I bet because if the closure and the staggered phased park opening, this restaurant does not open until August.
