We have done it a few times. And we enjoy it. You do get lunch too. And a snack behinds the scenes. Like water, chips or candy bar. And water again with park change.
It used to be 10 ish a group, last couple they put couple groups into larger group with another CM, which is still fine.
I usually book 3 FPS starting at 3pm for park that I want to return too. Since you donít go to AK sometimes I book there or I return to MK and book them there.

Now -we pay for four people $349 plus tax ($386 X 4 =1544)
once we splurged and changed to booking a private tour 7 hours $450 an hour = $3150. Had $1200 in Disney rewards and paid the rest getting 5% discount target -Disney math-

We did the Ultimate Thrills tour at Animal Kingdom with a party of 12. It was awesome. Walked on every ride, even though some of the wait times were in excess of 1 1/2 hours. A sit down lunch was served and included an adult beverage and desert. The guide was wonderful. He allowed the kids to do Expedition Everest twice.

We would do it again in a heartbeat.

That sounds amazing! I wonder why animal Kindgom has its own and the other parks are combined in one? How long was the tour?
