Iím sure they will change our Ultimate tickets just as soon as they can. Which will probably be when they start selling them for 2020.

Just like the parking fees for non-DVC guests, once the EU protection stops Iíll put money on Disney taking full advantage.

I know my tickets wonít expire at that date. Iím hoping that mine will have your same expiration date just in case something prevents us from being able to travel for our planned early Feb. 2019 trip.
So, I received my tickets in the mail today and it turns out that at least one of the tickets expires on February 28, 2019, hence the reference to that date when I purchased online. In no way did they say that this was the expiration date of the ticket, at least I did not understand it that way. My next trip is early February, but I would feel better having tickets that expired at the end of the year just in case. You never know when the unexpected should happen. I haven't contacted UT yet because I just got them in the mail now, but should I ask them to swap them out? If I don't, or they won't, will I get the "gate" price after expiration, if I have to use them after that date?

I miss the no experation tickets. We buy AP's now, but the price of tickets is ridiculous. We are doing a grand gathering this summer, and we might just end up at the BCV most of the time, as I am not sure all my family members will buy tickets at these prices
