The transfer fee for a weeks ownership (only available resale nowadays) is only $150.

The big transfer fee is only for Marriott's Destination Club points.

I believe 1500 pts will run you $4500+395 as a transfer fee

I think it is $750 per 250 points contract plus $300 owner education fee and $95 some club fee.

$300 is waived if you are current owner.

Pretty much they want money one way or other. What I heard from brokers anything less then 6-7 dollars per point has chances of getting picked at ROFR.

Big reason all timeshare companies has hard time selling is after sell behavior. They want to screw again original owner from recuperating any money.

According to the internet it's only 500 but that was from 2014 so I'm guessing you are right. With that fee I doubt they rofr any contract. Talk about screwing your customers. Shame on Marriott.
