There is actually about 1000sq ft remaining untouched. Roughly 1200 sq ft torn to the studs and remodeled downstairs, and about 1600 sg ft new upstairs. It is quite the project.

Wow!!! Almost a complete gut job. Lot's of progress. You are brave. It will be beautiful and worth it in the end.

Our home is the perfect started and retirement home. Really quiet small. Plan was to move some day to a bigger home or built a up. We almost did/architect and all. Then I thought...........three kids in private school, college, etc. and I got cold feet. Long story short. Never moved or built up. Third and last child will be married soon and out so no need to downgrade for us. Can't get much smaller than what we have

Keep the pictures coming.

Porch has gone up since last pictures. Waiting on the curved windows on either end of the upstairs, they are beautiful.

I love major re-dos like this. I'd probably beg, bank, and borrow to stay at Disney for the duration, though!!

Or just move. You're a brave man!
