I saw more pics online through FB, but now I cannot find them.
I'm not the best google search guru and I'm also supposed to be doing my taxes. I'm failing at that right now.

As others have mentioned this seems to be an ongoing issue. When we stayed there in 2018 we noticed water coming out of a couple hallway lights. Not sure if they have corrosion issues (possibly electrolysis) or something else, but it does sound like a larger issue.

I guess Moe, Larry and Curly installed the plumbing.

I know people were evacuated but not sure where they were moved.
It's fun to stay at the YMCA....

OMG - I can't believe they haven't relocated everyone near the water breaks. Having to walk by the damage every day is NOT giving you the Disney Magical Experience.

I'm sure there are other options for them to relocate everyone, even if it is to a different resort.

2057 thru 2043 seem to be the villas with their doors ajar and fans outside on the boardwalk view side of the hallway. A restoration company is here today, so the villas may be back in service in no time.

It was a hot water leak, so it was clean water. There is no smell in the hallway.

We were upgraded from a garden/pool studio to a garden/pool 1 bedroom, so I feel sure the studio we were originally assigned was one that was flooded. We checked in Saturday morning.

Thanks, we have two studios booked for three weeks from now for trip with mom (still not sure trip will happen), and used Touring Plans room finder to request 2047 and 2045. Should be back to normal by then, but good to know.
