My DS - 5 at the time & on our first trip to WDW w/ the kids - peed in his pants twice in line and pooped in his pants in line at dumbo! 2 years later he peed in his pants right after getting off the car at TSM and then during the ride at star tours. He just was a pee in the pants kid. And I say this after making him pee basically before every ride we got in line for.

We still make fun of the poop in the pants incident and he's now 13 going on 14

The epilogue was we didn't have any extra underwear or pants so he just threw out the underwear and called it good. Parenting is fun sometimes!
