As it is, its seems like we have too many flight options to Hawaii from the Bay Area. IF Southwest add more flights this should trigger a fare war. Hooray, more trips to Hawaii!

The route I would most love to see is OAK/SFO to MCO. I was glad to see Frontier add that route, but they are replacing it with a flight to ORD instead as of April '18.

Still waiting for an announcement from Southwest any day now.

Starting May, Southwest will have a nonstop from San Jose to MCO.

Agreed. WN have no First Class. We're unlikely to fly them to Hawai'i.

Cheers.

I've seen some discussion of possible intra-island flights. Because if they only go to Oahu, then that's even less reason to fly them as opposed to the airlines that go to the interesting islands.

But, yeah, additional competition will be good all around.

Cheers.

Like book the seat in front of me and remove it for the added leg room? Because it's not the width of the seat that has any impact on me.

Seriously, though, F is not the same as two coach seats.

Also, on WN, without assigned seats, it may be harder to say "that's my seat also" without being a Passenger of Size and taking up both. Not sure of the policies on this.

Plus, Alaska is just so much a better airline.

Cheers.

That's good news. Thank you for sharing.

I'm seeing $360 RT for June, which is $65 better than United.
